Dr. Charleston Chua graduated from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in a selective class that only graduated 50 medical doctorate candidates that year. He went on to complete his five-year general surgery residency at Eastern Virginia School of Medicine, then completed his training at the University of California, Davis, where he served as Chief Resident in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Chua is known by his peers for his clean and barely visible suture lines, and for co-developing the Cali-tuck, a safe tummy tuck technique that doesn’t require painful surgical drains.
